We Stand Together was created to fill a critical funding gap in the Democratic Party: many county-level Democratic committees operate almost entirely on volunteer effort with little financial support. Without resources, these committees struggle to recruit candidates, organize events, build volunteer capacity, or maintain consistent outreach.

We Stand Together’s mission is to strengthen these grassroots foundations by offering funding and relational support—helping ensure that local organizing is sustainable and effective. 

In the short term, our support helps Democratic county parties win elections.

In the long term, we advocate for them, try to shift Party resources their way, empower them, and give them a greater voice in Party policymaking.
