What We Do

We connect teams of volunteer fundraisers in safely Blue states with critically important county Democratic committees in swing districts and swing states.

Each team is led by a captain who assembles it using their personal network of contacts: friends, families, and colleagues.

Each team pledges to try to raise 12K/year for three years (through the 2028 elections) for its partner committee. All this money goes directly to support the local Democratic activists who comprise these county committees; none of it gets stuck in a fundraising pipeline.

Each team also meets quarterly (via Zoom) with its partner county committee. Team members meet and talk with the activists they are helping out. They learn what it’s like to work on the front lines of the struggle against MAGA. And they see firsthand how their support is helping to build a robust and permanent Democratic presence in that county.

We call what we do “relational organizing”—and it goes way beyond writing postcards, phone banking, and sending money to candidates you will never meet or even see.
